Primary Angioplasty

Primary angioplasty is done in cases of ST elevation myocardial infarction. We provide 24 x 7 coverage for primary angioplasty in all the varied clinical scenarios.

CHIP PCI (high risk angioplasties)

CHIP PCI is angioplasty in high risk situation including cardiogenic shock and heart failure. It also includes complex angioplasties including Bifurcation, left main, Chronic total occlusion. Our success rate for CHIP PCI is >90%.

Rotablation guided
angioplasty

Rotablation is done in severely calcified arteries in which burring is done with diamond studded burr inside coronary arteries @ rate of 160000 rpm. It is important tool in our armamentarium to provide best results in severely calcified arteries.

Imaging guided (IVUS) angioplasty

Intra-vascular ultrasound (IVUS) guided angioplasty helps us achieve better angioplasty results and decreases long term restenosis rates in our patients.

Pacemaker
(Single & Double chamber)

We have been doing pacemakers both single and double chamber for more than 5 years.

Who we are

Nidaan Heart Clinic is managed by two senior cardiologist, Dr Anant Agrawal and Dr Sanket Saraiya with cumulative experience in cardiology of more than 20+ Years with a goal to serve with best of their abilities and medical ethics.

It believes in not only treating but aims to improve general well-being and quality of life of patients and their family. With their calm and empathetic nature both doctors believe in giving appropriate amount of attention in listening to the patient while spending equally good amount of time in counselling of patients and relatives.
