Electrocardiogram (ECG)

An Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a simple, quick, and painless test that records the electrical activity of your heart. At Nidaan Heart Clinic, we use advanced ECG technology to detect irregular heart rhythms, heart attacks, and other cardiac abnormalities at an early stage. Our expert cardiologists interpret each ECG with precision to guide accurate diagnosis and timely treatment, ensuring your heart stays healthy and well-monitored.

At Nidaan Heart Clinic, our Echocardiogram (ECHO & Doppler Study) is a safe, non-invasive test that uses sound waves to assess your heart’s structure, valves, and blood flow. It helps detect conditions like valve problems or weak heart function, enabling accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning by our expert cardiologists.

At Nidaan Heart Clinic, our Treadmill Test (TMT) checks how your heart performs under physical stress. While you walk on a treadmill, your ECG, heart rate, and blood pressure are monitored to detect blockages, rhythm issues, or reduced blood flow. It’s an essential test for evaluating heart health and guiding further treatment or prevention.

Treadmill Testing (TMT)

Dobutamine Stress Echo (DSE)

Dobutamine Stress Echo (DSE) evaluates heart function under stress using medication instead of exercise. The drug dobutamine increases heart rate while ultrasound images assess blood flow, pumping strength, and possible blockages. This test is especially useful for patients unable to perform treadmill tests and helps in accurate cardiac diagnosis and treatment planning.

Holter Monitoring

Holter Monitoring is a continuous ECG test that records your heart’s electrical activity for 24 to 48 hours while you go about your daily routine. It helps detect irregular heart rhythms, unexplained dizziness, or palpitations that may not appear during a regular ECG. This test provides valuable insights for accurate diagnosis and effective management of cardiac conditions.

Ambulatory BP Monitoring (ABPM)

Ambulatory BP Monitoring (ABPM) measures your blood pressure continuously over 24 hours while you carry on with your normal activities. It helps identify fluctuations, white coat hypertension, and nighttime blood pressure changes that regular tests may miss. This accurate, real-world monitoring assists doctors in diagnosing and managing hypertension effectively.
